Louis has demonstrated his diverse skill set and innovative leadership throughout his career, spanning multiple industries. As the Director of Marketing & Enterprise Technology at Valmont Telecom, the telecommunications arm of Valmont Industries, Inc. (NYSE: VMI), he oversaw eCommerce and spearheaded significant software initiatives; he orchestrated marketing strategies, collaborated on investor initiatives, and enhanced operational efficiencies throughout the business.Notably, he created and spearheaded Valmont's first innovation and engineering summit - InnovX. The first groundbreaking event attracted engineers nationwide to Valley, NE. Under his guidance, the summit was inaugurated by CEO Avner Applbaum and featured numerous distinguished speakers. Building on its success, InnovX continued with its second annual summit in National Harbor, Maryland, coinciding with the TIA TR-14 Meetings and the Broadband National Expo at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort. This event further solidified Valmont's position as an innovation leader.
Louis’s experience also expands into the food service industry, with a focus on customer experience and operational efficiency. He has worked with restaurateurs, supporting their growth efforts and gaining meaningful insights. He understands both front-of-house and back-of-house workflows. His strong technological expertise provides a competitive edge, including knowledge of major POS systems and APIs. Louis also offers valuable insights into branding, concept development, supply tracking to optimize costs and margins, enhancing customer experience, and leveraging automation for smoother operations.He also served on the board of the Friends of Schneider Children’s Hospital organization, now known as Cohen Children's Medical Center, the group was created to support the famed pediatric hospital. Louis was also a driving force behind the MS Patients for Choice movement, which organized hundreds of patients around the country and was instrumental in bringing the Multiple Sclerosis drug Tysabri back to market during high-profile FDA hearings.As a passion project, earlier in his career, Louis co-founded a ministry-focused organization with the late Daniel Southern, former crusade director for Billy Graham and president of the American Tract Society. This passion project developed a SaaS tool designed to help nonprofits manage donations and events. Notably, the Billy Graham Library was among its users.Louis began his entrepreneurial journey in the ad agency business, working with numerous notable clients in the entertainment industry including the Stephen Baldwin, Billy Baldwin, Chazz Palminteri, and many others.Louis earned a BA in Fine Arts from Briarcliffe College in Long Island, NY, becoming the first student in the institution's history to receive the maximum life experience credits awarded. He also studied film at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, CA. Recently, began a pursuit of an MBA in Marketing at Molloy University in Rockville Centre, NY.In his personal life, Louis is a self-improvement enthusiast with a keen interest in the study of human psychology, history, theological studies and business. He loves cinema and is a serious retro video game collector. He has three children. He and his wife live in Long Island, NY.

These laws and "systems" are meticulously crafted to function in seamless synchrony, ensuring consistent, predictable outcomes that achieve their intended purpose.This observation emphasizes a simple core principle: if life's "systems" exhibit highly coordinated processes that yield consistent, reliable outcomes, then leveraging similar systemic principles can substantially enhance organizational efficiency and ensure dependable results in the far less complex context of a business.
